~Murok~

Little Bit About My Mod:
Murok is a lesser continent outside of Tamriel, where the only remaining people that have existed there for hundreds of years are researchers. The Nordic cousins that lived there had become rather keen on how to use the abandoned Dwemer technology to summon portals which could allow them to travel long distances in an instant based off of coordinates. As research progressed, strange things began to happen until everyone disappeared. The gods that the ancient people used to worship are returning to the country to take back what time has taken from them, and all the new will be purged and the old restored.
Gameplay:
This mod is very open ended, in which the player explores this land and discovers the history for themselves. Exploration is very important in this mod!!! By doing so will allow you to open numerous areas which may be locked, find powerful items and further piece together the history of this trouble country.
New Monsters:
Burnt Corpse - the reanimated cremated remains of a person. These bodies would come back to life due to a portal to the Hellfire opening close by. Alone they are of almost no threat.
Fire Spirit - the reanimated cremated and empowered remains of a personl. Euphrazis imbues these bodies with the power of the Hellfire, making them formidable pyromancers.
Stone Child - a hulking monstrosity constructed by calcifying the remaining skin on a lesser burnt corpse. These monsters are extremely resistant to melee attacks due to their tought exteriors and are very powerful in melee combat as well. At the same time they are both slow and weak against magic.
Exorcists - the children were spared being killed, but instead were possessed by demons from the Hellfire. Upon first glance they seem like normal children, but approaching them proves otherwise.
Shadow Spectre - the spirit of a person that exists in a location the person was attached to in life. Euphrazis would use these beings as watchmen over particular areas of lesser interest.
Guardians - vassals of the benevolent god Muros, these powerful being protect holy locations.
Greater/Lesser Soul Eater - used by the Guardians to protect holy locations, these creatures are able to devour any mortal soul.
Multiples variations of these creatures exist.
Muros would act as the Aedra in this land and Euphrazis would act as the Daedra.
The Hellfire is the domain of Euphrazis.
Noteworthy Locations:
Mordahk - the ruins of which a clan of Euphrazis worshipers lived. These people were noted in lore to have been constantly at war with clan Reshuul and also to have been the people which gave Euphrazis so much of his power. These people were very similar to Daedra worshipers.
Skordesh - the location where the Mordahk clan performed many of their rituals to Euphrazis and burial rituals. This place holds the original portal to the Hellfire, which had not been opened for hundreds of years.
Reshuul - the capital city of Murok and the original home of clan Reshuul. After overcoming clan Mordahk and putting an end to their sinister and unholy rituals, they banded all the clans to form a country, which would soon be named "Murok".
Gortahl - the first town to fall to the minions of Euphrazis. Those who escaped took the key to the Temple of the Crystal Light and hid it in the mine outside of the town, hoping Euphrazis' minions could not allocate it.
Temple of the Crystal Light - a temple which holds the only existing portal to Muros' afterlife.
Zulef - a large Dwemer installation located in the heart of the marshes. When the Dwemer first arrived in Murok, they had immediately started building constructs which the indigenous people feared. War was waged on them and before long, the Dwemer had once again disappeared as they did in Tamriel. Not defeated by war, but simply gone.
What is Really Done:
Right now, the running time for a Lvl 20 player who knows exactly what they are doing is 1.5 hours. The lore is susceptible to change, and the Dwemer may or may not appear at all. I have given as much detail as I would like to so far .
Any feedback would be appreciated, and I will have screenshots posted very soon!
