I have searched for this and nothing comes up, I want to know if they recognize the player as a dunmer on Solstheim?

not in Raven Rock from what I read.

The Dunmer in Raven Rock regonize you as a dunmer unless you are a vampire.

Being a Vampire changes your race, and Bethesda forgot to set the comments to include the vampire versions of each race.

If you are referring to being called an Outlander, unless you were born there, you are an outlander, no matter your race.
