After yesterdays update and installing the DLC I've been encountering a pretty hefty bug that I've never seen before, minor quests don't seem to be activating at all. I know I'm being sent on them, the thieves guild fella (in the new are) wants me to get is axe or hammer back and the guard fella wants me to find a wine stash, however these don't appear in my quest log and I don't seem to be able to complete them? I've accepted a few other minor quests from people but nothing is showing up.
