Can't seem to find it mentioned anywhere what the game mechanic is going to be regarding kiting and moving in battle. Are we going to be rooted in place while making an attack animation? If so, can it be interrupted? I am more thinking of kiting and jump casting on a Mage, staying out of melee range. Or kiting while plinking with a bow. My guess is that we would be rooted to make PvP balanced across the classes. My MMO experience comes from DDO, which has an awesomely mobile mechanic, but it isn't PvP oriented at all. I tried playing a caster in Aion and I quit around level 20 before I even got into PvP because being locked immobile while casting, and being interrupted and still having a cool-down drove me up the wall. I really hope they design it in such a way mobile classes who don't want to take many hits can bounce around like a kid on pixi stix
