I have several followers and a spouse is there anyway to get all my followers to live in one house ?

Do you mean all your potential followers, or all your current followers (ie: spouse, adopted kids and compatriot/follower, housecarl, steward[HF])?

If it's the former, then no. Your potential followers stay where they are normally found.
If it's the latter, then yes! As long as you have a room and beds for the children, you can consolidate into one house. If you' use the Hearthfire DLC, you can build one of those houses and have the following living there under one roof:
1. Your character
2. Spouse
3. Adopted children (up to 2)
4. Dog
5. Current Compatriot/Follower
6. Housecarl
7. Steward
8. Bard
9. Carriage driver (Ok, this is stretching it because he never leaves his carriage, but still, it's a "henchman" that is at the house. )
