Skyrim veteran, modding new player. Looking for advice.

Hello,

I bought myself Skyrim at release, played through most of the factions and main questline but never really finished anything completely. Now that Dragonborn got released I got interested again in starting over again with all DLCs and a couple of mods. I never got much into mods except for back in Morrowind but back then I either kept it really simple or overdid it and installed too much incorrectly which made my game unplayable. I dont have any experience with the fancy installers everyone uses nowadays which have been around since late Morrowind/Oblivion modding.

Now, what I'm actually looking for:
- The best way to install the list of mods I selected without causing my game to crash/bug out. I was thinking Nexus Mod Manager for basic installation then whatever tool it is people use to sort load order (BASH?).
- I'd like to know if there's any known compatibility issues, I've been through most of the mod descriptions on the nexus and haven't found any so far.
- My computer specs aren't the best anymore: I'm running an AMD Athlon X3 445 Processor running at 3 GHz, have 6GBs of DDR2 on a 64-bit Windows 7 installation and have a ATI Radeon HD 4870 graphics card with 1GB memory. Question is, can I actually run all these texture improvement mods without having to turn the textures down again because my computer can't handle it.

Lastly, the list of mods I want to run, I'd like a one-time install of these 30 mods and am not planning on adding anything else in the future. I've split them up into 4 groups for convenience: gameplay altering and interface mods, gear and a little starting abode, texture replacers and the unofficial patches.
