Can you guys name any places when you can go to see the nicest scenery in skyrim?

I have pretty much exhausted nice scenery ideas, ie. somewhere high up at sunset/sunrise, timelapse, bird flying past in slowmo over solitude, salmon jumping upstream, deer running through the wilderness etc.

I'd love some really original ideas, a place to walk from to? certain area at certain time? even caves with waterfalls can look quite nice in my opinion.

I also need alot of timelapses but they aren't so easy to work out as I think the skys compass reference shift as days go by if I'm not wrong? For example I managed to catch the moon going directly over high hrothgar on my 2nd vid but there was alot of clouds when I sped it up, then when I went back to the same place to try again with the clear skies shout, the moon was off centre, so I just used the one with the clouds :-/

It also seems hard to get alot of animals together to do wilderness scenes, so I just end up showing 1 measly deer running down a hill or something lol, (you'd think the area around Falkreath would be easy to do this)

I spend literally hours running around with no HUD just trying to capture nice moments so any help much appreciated.
