I am having some problems with creating or recreating my favorite NPCs or [new] followers –with tones--coming out with unmatched heads and bodies. I have tried renaming the “FaceTint” folder along with the “Tintmasks” folder, but to no avail.

Here are the following examples:

I can change Serana’s hair, eyes and makeup just fine so long as I rename the above folders. However, if I want to change “Lydia’s” hair, eyes, and makeup next --after recreating Serana--- Lydia comes out two-toned with none of the makeup changes. The same goes for any another NPC or companion that I change / create. (That is to say, I will change Serana then Lydia, followed by a new companion, etc.)

Now, I was away for awhile so I am wondering if there have been some changes since the last CK patch, which I should know about. I really would appreciate some help thank you.
