How does this look? Boss still suggests bashes even after I added them. Is that okay or did I do something wrong? Also what should I do with morrowloot? Or does anything here look wrong? (Also where can I get RND_Water-patch.esp?)

You have the same problem as me, presumably you loaded Cloaks of Skyrim via NMM and didn't realise that all three Cloaks .esps are enabled by default. You have to turn off the two you don't want.
