I Can't Finish it Galmar don't gave me the answer 'report in' I finish the main quest and I don't now how to fix it :swear: !!! plz help me with this problem this bug is over 9000

And I HAVE THE LASTED UPDATE& DRAGONBORN DLC BUT DON"T GOOO THIS BUG/CRASH/LAG
