What skills would you like to see balanced better?

Hey everyone!

I was just thinking to myself how certain skills in past TES games have been way too powerful, and others have been not powerful enough. What are some skills or abilities that you would like to see work better in TESO?

For example, I feel that Block skill has always been way too powerful, and no matter what archetype your character was, it would only get much more powerful for having a shield.

I realize that this game will not be mechanically like the single player games, I just want a fun discussion of the skills in past games.

I was always a sword in one hand and a spell in the other hand type of player so never really used shields much but maybe I might have to in ESO. I just wish if you dual wield that you could block with the off hand weapon, I can never understand why they leave that out of blocking in ES games and it always kind of pisses me off...

all of the skills need serious balancing. the elder scrolls has never been known for its balance.

Balancing aside, I would like to see interesting non-combat skills in TESO. I understand that they're much less useful in an MMO than in a single player game - because a pacifist playstyle is kinda impossible - but pickpocketing and crafting are always fun.
I'm also curious to see how they'll deal with the school of illusion.

"In ES games"? There's only one TES game with proper dual wielding and it has a perfectly good explanation for lack of blocking: you trade defense for better offense. If you could block with dual weapons, there would be no need to ever use a shield unless you're roleplaying. Of course there are ways to make both playstyles viable, but it wouldn't work with Skyrim's dumb AI and very simple combat.

Enchanting! It better not be like Skyrim or you'll have free casting destro/resto mages in plate AFK winning everywhere.
