I went to "coc qasmoke" in order to pick up some magic weapons/armor to disenchant as I wanted to get through that leveling part quickly. I opened up the "all enchanted weapons" and "all enchanted armor" lockers and pressed "Take all" for both (not realizing just how many things were in there), so now my inventory is full of probably more than a few thousand things. Fast traveled a few times to get back to my house, blabla, lost a good save point because I'm an idiot who relies on autosaves way too much.

I disenchanted as many as I was allowed but I'm still very full. I've been trying to slowly fill up containers and sell to merchants around the world but I've barely made a dent in all the crap I have as it takes 3-5 seconds for each item to transfer out of my inventory.
Is there a fast way (through creation kit or console) to take massive amounts of items out of my inventory at once - without losing essential quest items?

No. Sorry, I you had multiples of the same items then you could use player.removeitem, but in your case...
