I don't want to use any spoilers but I think I might be having a problem with the stormcloak side of the civil war. As I progress nothing is changing in the gameworld. I've begun the liberation of skyrim questline and completed the first region of it, but nothing has changed, the imperial side jarl is still the jarl and the guards arent stormcloaks. Whiterun is similar, same jarl, but the guards have changed.

I can't find a console command that really fits for this, does anyone know of something that I could try?

Sorry if this is the wrong subforum for this, but i'm not even sure if it's a bug or just intended.

Edit: I'm not sure of your MQ progress, but the regional jarls can be shifted around a bit during the Graybeard meetings. Unless you think this is an actual buggy issue, I don't know any console commands, sorry.
