So Sofie and Sissel were doing their chores at Lakeview Manor, and Sofie was spending a lot of time in the Green House. I have a Skyforge Steel Battleaxe in one of the large display cases, and noticed that it was opened and the axe was on the floor. Must be a glitch, right? I left and came back, same thing. So I fixed it, put on my crazy sneaking gear (I named this necklace and ring, which have 100% F Sneaking and Pickpocketing both "...of the Sneaking Bastard"), and waited just outside the door.

Sure enough, when Sofie got next to that case, she opened it up and somehow got the battleaxe on the floor! (maybe it glitched through...same diff!). Oh, and she did this TWICE!!!

So next time you want to adopt another kid but get svcked into guilt void, you have an excuse to leave her malnourished and sleeping on the street!

Actually, of all the orphans, Sophie appears to have a peculiar prediliction for practicsing the Black Sacrament

My DB Guildmaster Dovahakin caught her doing this once. It really depressed him when he realized he couldn't will his DBM status to her when he dies.

Maybe she was dusting the display case and left the hard work of putting the battleaxe back for you. Seems a bit far fetched to me, maybe you should move house and then see if the battle axe still ends up on the floor, with no Sofie around to blame.
