Pretty sure it does exist, and I've used it before without a problem... I've verified the integrity of the files through steam, and re-run the CK; I've tried installing SKSE on the chance that would fix the issue somehow...

I'm basically at the point of "I have no idea what to do". Anyone got any ideas?
