I have a quite frustrating issues with this quest, when I reach the aqueduct and head up to the 3 control pillars to lower the bridges, they just have no effect. I looked up the order required and made sure I had the cubes I needed, and still when I activate them nothing happens.

Is there any console command or fix I could use? Loading an older save has had no effect.
