On ISO: 2012-Jul-02 http://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/717365-shader-particle-geometry-applied-to-weathers-are-different but the thread remained unresolved. http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/users/4042154/ independently developed and uploaded a similar work in progress, called "http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/31629" on ISO:2013-Feb-14. Obviously, the problem has been resolved, only with respect to the unmodified portions of the game, twice!

So, having modified an exterior that includes sheltered spaces such as alcoves and covered balconies, I would like to know how this is done. I have been unable to find anything on this in the wiki and, so, I am asking the question here.
