what enchantments would you want added to the game

i would like arrow enchanting (fire/frost/shock)
shout time cooldown enchantment (circlet/ring/necklace/armour)
stronger spells enchantments (circlet/ring/neclace/gloves)

also would you want an NPC that can remove enchantments from any item.
