I made an alchemy tower first but now i realise its pretty pointless, is there anyway i can remove it via a mod? If not, if i uninstall Hearthfire and then reinstall it, will that remove it without breaking my game? (I am happy to restart my house from scratch).

From this thread it seems like unistalling works http://www.gamefaqs.com/boards/615803-the-elder-scrolls-v-skyrim/64406016 . But to unistall on PC, do you uncheck the tickbox or delete Hearthfire?
