Atleast, that's what it looks like.
I decided to summon my flame atronach just for the fun of it. And all the children ran away yelling: ''Get away from me.'' They did not do that before I summoned the thing.
The atronach did not attack anybody, it was a very friendly minion.
I tested it out to make sure, and I spoke the truth.

So if you want children to not bother you, summon an atronach.
No more Braith!
