Because of the notoriety of the original, I didn't bother even thinking about the sequel. But from the video, turns out it has a lot of really good looking content. Apparently it has a spell crafting system that's really good. I've never played it, but the way he says it's so customizable and works with the physics system of the game, I checked it out a bit more:

And I honestly have no clue what I'm looking at with their system, but it looks really involved, which makes it look awesome.
Anyway to the crux of it. Originally I was planning to see how feasible it was to make a Dragon Shout mod that lets you actually remix individual words. But I have no idea how flexible Skyrim lets you manipulate the magic system (Apocalypse Spells mod can apparently combine and remix spells with its own system but I haven't tried it).
On a larger level, would be nice to be able to craft our own spells again.
One of the major problems I had just in the write-up stage was deciding on a syntax and standardized system to make Dragon Shouts be logical in their effects. This is before the actual coding problems coming into my mind.
So seeing Two Worlds II with their own system, I want to know how theirs is done so it's a good starting point with thinking how a mod like that could be organized too.
That said, has anyone played Two Worlds II and its magic system? I don't own it and I don't really plan to buy it and play it.
And then, how feasible it is to mod and introduce an alternate magic system like that?
