I don't see any other references to this in other threads so maybe I'm doing something wrong. This is my second playthrough and both times when I get to the Epistolary Acumen book and have the conversation with HM, I can't activate the book or access the shout enhancements. The arrow remains on the book but it won't let me do anything and I can't get back to Solstheim. The first time I played through, I think it worked after I saved and went back and tried it again the next day or something. Anybody else had this problem?
