currently, there are many mods like expanded towns and cities that add many more buildings to villages AND morthal. Winterhold has expanded winterhold ruins. Falkreath has ImPereal falkreath, doesnt add stuff but still alright. Dawnstar has expanded dawnstar. Whiterun has whiterun market and some other mod i forgot.

But no windhelm, riften, solitude and markarth?!
Do anyone know of any mods that add more stuff in these towns(preferably outside)
