I was selected as a beta tester for both the Dawnguard and Dragonborn DLCs, and I've run into a problem with the achievements. When I play through Dragonborn (this is my first time since it officially released), I can't unlock the achievements. I unlocked most of them while playing through the beta version, but they didn't show up on my player profile. This happened with Dawnguard, too, but when I played Dawnguard again after it "officially" released, I was able to re-unlock all the achievements and have them show up. This isn't happening with Dragonborn.

Any advice?
