Hoping that this is just some simple thing I'm missing.

I used some ear buds, which I've done before, but it looks like the computer isn't recognizing that I've unplugged them.

I get audio through the ear buds, but when I remove them, no sound from the onboard speakers. NOr do I get "removed audio device" balloon.

Looking at various volume controls, I can't find anything wrong. When I run the speaker tests, it works through the jack, but not through the speakers.

Is there something that I'm missing?
