i believe thats essentially the object obtained during the 1st visit hidden in a secret room who's opening hinge is hidden in the area where you find the dead miner in the circle, dunno what direction since i never pay attention to that but look for a slightly long mini hall where ud think there'd be a chest and look for a door hinge or w/e those things are called near the bottom around knee level
