Hi im Richard I have a computer with 2 gig ram and xp its a xpc computer.

skyrim is installed from cd and is in my steam account and will launch form their and from the desktop icon and will get all the way to the Bethesda sign after the initial load screen comes up so it looks like it will launch.

When the Bethesda sign fades and the dragon logo appears the game blanks out back to desk top or it freezes up and will hang their for a few minutes then back to desktop. when i type the ctrl alt delete and go to end task it says in the bot that Skyrim .............. not responding?
