Fighters, Mages Guild etc. & Faction locks

I can't say I have heard any information on this but with Faction and Zone locks, how would it affect the various Guilds throughout Tamriel? How would they change the lore to make this fit in? As we have seen in every TES game to date, the Fighters Guild, for example, has a base of operations in different locations. Seemingly there is going to be a Fighters Guild in each of the three factions, yet they cannot communicate, see or visit each other. So how do Zenimax Online make this fit into the game?

Yeah, it dont fit but I my self have not heard anything on this.

Yes the Dark Brotherhood for example, we have three of them? They don't communicate or associate with each other though.
