I'm a pc user tired of games with ugly graphics because of ancient hardware console. I'm looking forward to the new generation for this reason. My question is this: there might be a chance that skyrim has a next-gen GOTY edition? Considering the commercial success he had and that the next ES game will be out in a few years?

Most likely not. I highly doubt they'll make Skyrim again for next gen.
