So at this level, with these stats, what's the quickest way to encounter a Legendary Dragon.
I keep hearing level 78, but I've started and finished all DLC and only gained 8 levels, and 20 levels of grinding sounds awful.
What of this level 59 on Master Difficulty rumor?
