Is this will be implemented in ESO? In Elder Scrolls SP series there wasnt anything about this, since this will be a MMO, I think it should be important and should be there.

I am sure there will be some short of respec for health, Magicka and stamina.
No mainstream MMO will force you to reroll a character simply because you might have made some bad choices before.

i personally miss the days when the choices you made were final however those days are long gone and you can no longer make the wrong choice. if you do a quick trip to the class trainer fixes it. i am positive TESO will have something like that in game i just hope that the cost of doing it starts low for the first 3-4 times but then grows to where it really hurts. i dont want to see people changing spec back and forth based on what they are doing that day
