I have been playing offline, or rather been having issues with my internet and not been able to upload my saves the steam cloud and such. When my internet has been good and functioning as intended I can load my saves and continue as normal. When I run offline or have issues with my connection, I find my game crashing upon loading. It never had these issues before and does not appear to be tied to any specific places or mods, as new games would always tend to work perfectly.

I have no idea what's going on here, but I unchecked my cloud support for Skyrim, but still had crashes across all my saves. Went offline and crashes persisted.

I verified the game cache and it added all of 7kb of data, 2 files I have no idea what. What can I do?
