After I completed Kindred Judgement all the Vampires told me to talk to him in what I assumed would be destroying the Dawnguard quest, but that stupid elf doesn't even have the option to start his mission. Anyone else experienced this or know how to solve this issue?

Edit: I realize its Garan or Fura who gives you that quest but as of now they are pointing me to Feran which is so annoying because I cannot start his quest.
