Well, the title might be a bit confusing, sorry bout' that Let me explain. To me, it gets quite annoying to get my whole "active effects" meny cluttered with minor effects. IE: "Resist Fire 13%, Resist Fire 17%" instead of just simply put it "Resist Fire 30%" I think Oblivion did something like merged same effects into one in the list but once hovering over source it would show the different sources as normal. So my request to this great community, is it possible to implant something like this? Maybe a feature in SkyUI?

PS: Dunno if anyone else experiance this bug, but if you have multiple items equipt with same enhantment, it will only show the source of the first thing you equipt. IE: I got one ring and one par of boots, both got resist fire on them. Only thing is, in the active effect meny under sources, it will show the name of the first thing equipt twice. Just check the picture and you will know what I'm talking bout'
