CK Navmesh Boot-up Warning : V

Well, I've just installed the CK. But would you know my luck, as soon as I booted it up with the main Skyrim file as shown http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gDKivlGmia4 it showed a warning message that said:

MASTERFILE: NavmeshInfo 00028e37 has no parent space, ignoring

Does anyone know what this means? When asked if I wanted to ignore it I simply said no until I knew exactly what it meant.
