And apparently the membership status will be different than on "Current RuneScape". Basicly, you can be F2P on "Current RS" but a member on "Old RS". This however will NOT matter cause if the poll ends up with 500,000 votes, "Old RS" will be fully F2P and will earn updates from "Current RuneScape" slowly though in a way where it fits the "Old RS" graphics, gameplay, etc. Meaning, they will never update the graphics, gameplay, or anything like that in "Old RS" but may make older versions of areas, minigames, quests, etc for "Old RS" but only if the poll goes over 500,000 AND only if the community wants them. Each update will be voted upon and if the update doesn't earn enough votes, it will not happen.
Basicly, Old School RuneScape has returned and if enough votes are made... It will be free and what happens to it will be base on the community's votes.
As for my own thoughts... YES! I quit RuneScape last year cause of all the bullcrap changes and such... Only liking a small amount of changes... Hearing about this (My email is still connected to my account apparently), I think I might just get one month membership to vote and play the Old School RS until end of March cause this is the version of RS I actually liked a lot and really do miss...
So... Your thoughts?
