The only useless weapon in the game also happens to be my favorite from oblivion. Can't smith it and its mix up between perks is ridiculous

I've retrieved it twice, but have never used it. The price you have to pay for maxing out the power of the weapon is simply too high.

Mephala must be one nasty character to create such an item.
