Scenario- Player finds a broken cart on a road, cart horse has ran off. NPC (cart driver) asks player to go to a nearby inn to get help in the form of cart driver's friend and his horse in order to pull broken cart off some rocks. Player arrives at inn has conversation with the friend who informs player "I'll be along soon". Objective now is for player to return to the broken cart driver and informhim help is coming. While player has the conversation about help coming the horse attached to the cart is disabled and a 2nd "free" horse is enabled with a Follow Package linked to the NPC leaving the inn to offer assitance. Problem - NPC leaves the inn, cart horse attached to cart is disabled (in order to give the appearance that the same horse has been untethered from the cart) and the 2nd horse SHOULD be anabled-but it won't.

I originally added the horse as an Actor Property to the quest but when this didn't work I added it as an Alias with "Allow Disabled" checked. Still doesn't appear. NPC that goes to help has a Travel package that has a condition that only when the final conversation has finished with the broken cart driver will he leave the inn and travel to the broken cart-which he does. Horse has the same condition on its Follow Package but as I said fails to enable.
Help.
