Personally I do. The universe is so mind-bogglingly huge that the chances that this is the only planet on which life formed is...well...must be small right? The planet doesn't even need to be like earth, it doesn't need to have water, or anything like that. Those are the conditions we have evolved to, other oragnisms may have done something completly different. Maybe Jupiter his home to a race of sentient clouds?

Anyways, what are your beliefs on the matter?

There's also a theory that every time a new President is elected, they meet with the head of the alien race as sort of a gathering to make sure everyone is on the same page.

It's an interesting theory. Although I consider a lot of the Ancient Aliens theories to be pseudo-science and far fetched, I can't help but like it. I've thought about it many times myself, but as of yet I choose not to believe anything.

Thats sounds like an X-files plot. Almost like the theory that Famous people are actually shape-shifting reptilian aliens.
