If i start the MQ on the dawnguard side and later switch to VL, will i be able to get all the xbows? dwarven included?

I think so, Just join Dawnguard then locate the two people he has you go for then do the radiant quests until you get the Dwarven crossbow then go over to the Vampires. Hope this helps,
