I went over to Thirsk to start the process of becoming chief there. Did the Bilgemuck quest and the Scathecrow part but decided to hold off on the attack on the Nords for a bit because I didn't want random Rieklings showing up.

Well, at some point I traveled over to Skaal village and this person was wandering through the village who was obviously not one of the Skaal. Turned out it was Elmus. When I went up to speak to him and find out who he was, he asked me to get some Ashfire mead for him from Thirsk. So I did and he is all "Divines smile on you friend." Yikes! Cause I know what is going to happen to him. (When the end came, I let the Rieklings do most of the work rather than get my hands dirty.)

Now that I think about it, I could have made it even more evil by using the Ebony Blade to do the deed. Not as bad as killing Narfi, but I still feel awful.
