Where is the full Imperial helmet with the mohawk? I want to make a character and name him Achilles and i would like that helmet for him

Anyways, there is one north of Froki's Shack, follow the path and you'll find a Shrine of Talos.

In the beginning of Killkreath Ruins, it'll be next to one of the bodies.

Another one I believe is in the East Empire Company Warehouse in the Solitude Docks, its should be in the "treasure room" next to a chest.

According to the CK, there is

one in Kilkreath Ruins, one in Brinewater Grotto, and one at a Shrine of Talos southwest of Froki's shack (follow the path from the shack up the mountain). The first two locations are questlocked by a Daedric quest and a TG quest respectively, the last one is out in the open.
