That i can remember no reference is ever made as to Miraak's race and at the end Herma turns him to bones before you remove the mask. Any speculation??

What are you saying?? I play on the ps3 and i don't recall ever seeing his face or reading about his race in a book.

They went through the game files and found out. There are two images of him, one older with ash on his face (presumably from having a nice chat with flying lizards) and a younger version.

PC people can access the game's files. They did and looked up Miraak, it gave his race and his face.

Only PC players can snoop through the game files. His race or face was never mentioned or seen in the game.

Oops. Ah well.
Google it, there is an image of him still on the 'Images' section. You can't go directly to the page but its still there. Plus there are mods that remove his helmet.
