How to implement spell-making.

This is my idea on how Spell-making could be implemented.
Required Skill:Enchanting
Place where can be enchanted:At a different type of Arcane Enchanter, locations at:One room in the College of Winterhold's Archamage's quarters, 2 in the areas of the DLC.
How it works:The followind types of magic schools can be mixed and matched.
Restoration+Illusion(think fear spelll that sets undead on fire.)
Restoration + Destruction(Flame cloak spell that heals you and sets undead on fire.)
Restoration + Alteration(Ebonyflesh that heals you)
Restoration + Conjuration(Conjure a Dremora that heals you and your allies.)
You know the deal.TAKE YOUR PICK!BE CREATIVE.An area of effect paralyze spell that summons a wall of shock? Why not?Use shock spells and want that type of Fireball version?Go for it.
This is how it's going to work.

You go to the Enchanter, and you need an enchanting skill of at least 50 to begin to enchant. You make spell tomes. You need a ruined book(or burned book), petty soul gems 1 (filled) for novice level spell, etc...Grand Soul gems for master spells. You're also going to need a quill, and some parchment.Fire salts for fire based spells, shock salts for shock based spells, frost salts for frost based spells('ll get to that in a moment.)Daedra Hearts for summoning Atronachs, or Dead flesh for undead-based spells. You go there and from your available spells, you choose a main one(this will do 65% of the effect of the spell).Later you choose a secondary spell which will make up for 25% of the effect.(or you can skip that and use only one spell for 90% of magnitude.Next you choose wether you want it on yourself, you want an area of effect, a touch, concentration, master, leaping spell.Just about anything. Then you choose ow you want the spell to look(in your hands) and you name it.Magicka cost is dependent on your Enchanting skill and skill of those schools. Then you sacrifice the filled soul gem and all those things. You then read the spell and voila. You made a spell. If you get Enchanting up to 100, your created spells are at 115% of their magnitude, and you can mix 3 spells. These spells are at 70% magnitude(each spell in the mixed spell) making for a 210 magnitude spell(this type of enchanting requires either:2 Daedra Hearts and 2 Grand Soul Gems/Black Soul Gems.Or 3 Grand Soul Gems/Black Soul gems. You will also find created spells in the game world by NPC's and as loot in dungeons.Potions and perks will not effect the way you enchant your items, only the skill in Enchanting. However, you are able to make spells, only after reaching level 30 and having 50 in enchanting, with at least 10 items enchanted.
You can also make scrolls, all you need is a blank scroll you can find at shopkeepers, a quill,to know the spell(or at least have the level in that school where that type of spell appears, or used a scroll with that type of spell), and an empty soul gem(filled for more power.)Also weakness to x enchantments on weapons would be nice.

I would also like the following in regards to magic:
The ability to make copies of myself(illusions/phantoms) and of other beings and command them, all governed by the skill of Illusion.
Make healing balls with an AoE that damage undead or heal companions, alongside curses, telepathic links, plagues and cloaks, weaknesses to magic/fire/frost/shock,all governed by the skill of Restoration.
Conjure armor, shields, flaming undead, skeletons, stop a conjurer from conjuring, make conjured beings attack each other, give orders to Dremora, and a Mark/Recall spell would be nice, all governed by the skill of Conjuration.
Non-elemental damage spells, spells to heal atronachs(flame heal, frost heal, schock heal) that do small damage to other beings.More spells like the Midas Blaze of Magnus, all governed by the skill of Destruction.
Water-walking,shape-shifting,opening doors and locks, temporarily enchanting weapons, pulling and pushing enemies, disable gravity, increase carring capacity, more spells like Daedra flesh(200 armor rating increase?) and so on, all governed by the skill of Alteration.
Discuss my opinion, don't flame, propose constructive ideas.Let's get Bethesda or at least a couple of moderators to see this topic.
PS:More unique robes and armors/weapons could be nice.
PSS:Sorry for my English.
