I was running ESF Companions prior to receiving this quest, but it would not register completed Radiant quests for the companions and let me advance, so I cleanly uninstalled it prior to turning in my last assignment. That's the only thing I can think of, but I don't know why it would affect loading a cell. Anyone have any ideas? I'd like to continue on with the game... And I really do not want to start over.
