What do you think is the house that makes the best lore wise home for a Khajiit ASSASIN in Skyrim?

In all seriousness, the Riften home is great for stealthy characters because of the entry/exit that goes outside of the city walls. So you don't even have to go inside the city.

Dawnstar Santurary....If you want one outside a guild..It's probably one of the homes you can construct yourself.
