I decided I didn't want to be a werewolf anymore, so I grabbed one of the witch heads I had stashed away and took off to the tomb. I get to the fire and, with the head in my inventory, click the flame.

Nothing.

The head is still in my inventory, no wolf spirit came out, no effect of any kind.
What's going on here?
