When it comes to my weapons like to give them names to make it that little bit more creative.
If you didnt know items that can be enchanted can be renamed.
Also asking cause i need inspiration as i have 3 characters and one of them is fresh out of helgen

Nothing, I just leave them the way they are.

My character, Sara, named her sword Sara's Blade. I think the reasoning behind it is fairly obvious.
It's a tradition I started with her great-great-grandmother in Oblivion. Their weapons are continually upgraded, and soon enough they end up with an impressive display of enchanted weapons.

I take it back, I actually on occasion name my rings. One is called "Dovahkiin's Vitality". Gives me 86 Magicka and Health. The other ring I use is called "Dovahkiin's Touch". Fortifies Lockpicking and Pickpocket by 400,000%

I named it "Flame of the Red Mountain" most of the times.

Random stuff from other games... Alondite/Ragnell, Baselard, etc

I currently have a Stalhrim mace that I call Grinder. I love smashing in heads with that big blue rock.

I usually put some time and maybe even creativity into naming my weapons. I really like that aspect of the game.


I won't go through all my named weapons but the last one I made was a Daedric sword named "Vena Sera" which in Latin translates to vein liquids, or in other words, blood.

Is Stalhrim from Dragonborn? I have only just begun that DLC so I'm assuming it is.

I have a pet snake, I named him Snake.

I leave it to you to guess what I name my weapons.

It depends on my character, if she is a paladin I'll add "Holy" to the name, or depending on the arc, I'll name it something related to it. If all else fails, I just think of a fancy word to describe the enchantment.
