Bonemold Formula

Can someone please tell me how to get the quest to start?

I've already got the Pickaxe quest done.

I can't seem to get "RECOVER THE BONEMOLD FORMULA" quest to start!

So could someone please point me in the right direction?!?!?

You must also ask Vex and Delvin about the odd jobs, try doing one job then see if the quest starts. do the numbers one from Delvin, its easy.
