After finishing the civil war questline, certain areas in Skyrim become quite messy.
It would be odd to have that mess forever, no?

So I came to mind that it might be a fun idea if you were able to use your building materials to help fixing the damage.

It's a bit much to ask, I know. But it could be a nice idea, what do you think?

well other then a few houses becoming blocked in Whiterun and the total destruction of solitude by the stormcloaks if you choose to join them the war damages are fairly low.
